Privacy policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains what personal data tramitesvisapanama.com (“Panama Visa Guide”, “we”) collects, how we use it and what rights you have under Panama's Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection and its regulation, Executive Decree 285 of May 28, 2021.

1. Who is responsible

The site is operated from Panama City by conZZuL. For any privacy matter, email [email protected].

2. What this site is

We are an information portal about immigration and residency in Panama. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. When you ask us to, we connect your inquiry with verified immigration lawyers or specialists in Panama.

3. What data we collect

  • Data you type into the consultation form: full name, email address, WhatsApp number, nationality, country of residence, the procedure you are interested in and the description of your case.
  • Technical data about the submission: the language and page you submitted from, date and time, approximate country based on your connection, and browser type.

The form does not ask for passport numbers, bank details or documents. Please do not include sensitive data (for example, health information) in your case description.

4. How we use your data

  • To send you an automatic email confirming we received your inquiry, in the language you wrote in.
  • To notify our team internally, by email and WhatsApp, that a new inquiry arrived.
  • To contact you by WhatsApp or email about your inquiry.
  • To share your inquiry with a verified lawyer or specialist in Panama so they can assist you.
  • To keep an internal record of the status of your request.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

5. Legal basis: your consent

We process your data because you authorize it by ticking the form checkbox, agreeing to be contacted by a verified lawyer or specialist about your inquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.

6. Who we share your data with

  • Immigration lawyers and specialists in Panama to whom we refer your inquiry. They handle your data under their own professional responsibility.
  • Technology providers that let us operate: Cloudflare (site hosting and the form database), Google (email) and WhatsApp (messaging). These providers may store data outside Panama, including in the United States and the European Union.
  • Members of our team who may be located outside Panama (for example, in Spain) and receive new-inquiry notifications.
  • Authorities, only when a law or court order requires it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry data while we are handling it and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. Our hosting provider may use technical cookies needed for the site's security and operation.

9. Your rights

Law 81 of 2019 gives you the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them, email [email protected] with your name and the email or WhatsApp number you used on the form. We will reply within the time limits set by law. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may contact Panama's data protection authority, the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the inquiry database. No system is infallible, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.

11. Minors

The form is intended for people aged 18 or over. Inquiries about minors should be made by their parents or guardians.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this page.
